You may return faulty* goods within 14 days of receipt of your order to get a refund.
* If you believe your goods are faulty, please ring customer services on 020-3137-2220 or 0788-050-1856. Note: We will not refund return postage/shipping cost unless previously agreed. All goods returned as faulty, will be inspected for a manufacturing defect. If deemed faulty, an exchange will be given. This is not limited to 14 days please contact the customer services team for more information.
We will offer an exchange service for faulty products. Some inverters come with a 2 year guarantee and solar modules are manufacturer guaranteed for 20 years on their output. All returns are subject to a full workshop inspection and bench testing before any refund or exchange can be given. Solar-Warehouse.com reserves the right to refuse any refund or exchange due to damage caused by users equipment or by poor installation. Though Solar-Warehouse.com will work with the end user to resolve all issues to the full most of our staffs ability.

A delivery charge calculated by the item weight and then discounted will be applied to each item sent out in exchange unless solar-warehouse previously agreed to fund the carriage.
